Today we went to Swinley Forest in Berkshire, where two weeks ago a huge forest fire burned down about 300 hectares (740 acres) of the forest. The BBC says it was the largest blaze in the county’s history.

Even though it was very sad to walk through the burnt woods, it was also very magical…how green sprouts are already popping out everywhere.

Life is coming back…pretty amazing.
